Cascina Sciulun

Sciulun is a fun nickname that identifies this family since almost a century, it is Piemontese dialect and it literally means “big onion”. Easy to think about the vegetable, but actually… it has nothing to do with that!

Built in the middle of XIX century, the farmhouse was renovated in 1940s and it has always belonged to the Conterno Family. 

In 1996, the guesthouse Cascina Sciulun was founded with the first two rooms. In 2019 we went through an important building renovation; 

we opened up 4 new rooms and an apartment and completely renovated the other 2 rooms with a contemporary and elegant style.
